Even though both companies officially completed their merger back in December last year, it seemed that the integration process between Celcom and Digi is still a work in progress although some parts of the puzzle have been completed. The latest in the list is the new CelcomDigi Online Shop which caters to customers from both telcos.
In its current state, the new online store is rather bare and the scope is rather limited although it might be beneficial to existing Celcom and Digi customers that are looking for new phones and selected Apple accessories. Payment-wise, customers can choose to obtain these devices from CelcomDigi Online Store via online banking, Boost, GrabPay, and credit or debit card. For CIMB and Maybank credit card holders out there, they can also opt for the 0% Easy Payment Plan option too.
