In conjunction with Merdeka and Malaysia Day celebration, Astro’s freemium streaming service, sooka is now offering a 50% discount on its VIP plans. Originally launched back in June, the service has two such plans under its wings.
One of them is called VIP Entertainment which is usually priced at RM 15.90 per month and allows users to experience the streaming service without adverts as well as access to premium content. This is except for sports content though, which requires the VIP+Sports plan that normally goes for RM 41.90 per month.
Through this new promotion, one can obtain sooka’s VIP Entertainment plan for RM 7.90 or RM 20.90 for the VIP+Sports plan. That being said, these discounted monthly fees would only be applicable for the first month.
This means that they would be reverted back to their original rate of RM 15.90 and RM 41.90, respectively from the second month onwards. Not only that, the discount is only valid for users that have never signed for any of these VIP plans but nevertheless, those who are interested to check out sooka’s VIP plan can do so through its website right here or via its Android and iOS app.
