Acer has recently announced that it will be launching several new products in Malaysia in conjunction with Acer Day next month. Aside from the Nitro XV252QF 360Hz gaming monitor, also on the list is a new variant for Swift 3.

This particular variant is rather different from the previous Swift 3 releases though, as it is the first model in the line-up to feature a 16.1-inch display. The IPS panel that Acer has equipped into the display also has a Full HD native resolution and 100% sRGB coverage.

While the 1.7kg Swift 3 with a 16.1-inch display comes with a 512GB solid state drive as standard in Malaysia, the memory option is tied to the exact processor that the customer prefers. Those who prefer Intel Core i5-11300H will receive 8GB RAM, while the higher-end Core i7-11370H variant is equipped with 16GB memory.

On a related note, Acer will also be releasing another Swift 1 variant into the country which carries an Intel Pentium Silver N6000 processor. Weighting at around 1.3kg, the entry-level model also comes standard with a 14-inch Full HD IPS display, 4GB of RAM, and 256GB solid state drive.

As for the Swift 1, it can be obtained for RM2,099, although the laptop will be offered for slightly less at RM1,999 during Acer Day x Shopee Super Brand Day on 3 and 4 August.

During both days, Acer Malaysia will also provide a Gateway Pro Wireless Headset and Acer E300 TrueHarmony Earphones to Swift 3 and Swift 1 customers, respectively. For more details regarding Acer Day x Shopee Super Brand Day has to offer, just head on to its page on Shopee right here.
