Barely two weeks after their global debut, ASUS has officially announced the arrival of the new Zenfone 8 and Zenfone 8 Flip into Malaysia. The launch marked the return of the Zenfone series in our market and they will be accompanying the ROG Phone 5 as the brand’s smartphone offerings over here.
In Malaysia, the Zenfone 8 will be available in two different variants which include a model with 8GB of RAM together with 128GB internal storage. On another hand, consumers can also choose to get their hands on the variant with 16GB of RAM and 256GB storage.
Price-wise, the Zenfone 8 with 8GB/128GB setup goes for RM 2,699 while the 16GB/256GB model is available for RM 3,299 although this particular setup can only be obtained through Shopee. For those who prefer the Zenfone 8 Flip which comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, it is listed at RM 2,999.
Available immediately in Malaysia, all customers that purchase Zenfone 8 and Zenfone 8 Flip by 11 June 2021 will receive a RhinoShield SolidSuit phone case. You can also obtain a discount of RM 200 if you trade in your old Zenfone for any of the new Zenfone 8 Series devices.
