The Nintendo Switch was the first to get both the Capcom Arcade Stadium, as well as Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection. Now these two titles will be made available on more platforms, specifically Steam, the PS4 and Xbox One.
The Capcom Arcade Stadium is a pack of over 30 classic arcade titles from the publisher. You can technically get the base for free, which only consists of one game, 1943. On Steam, each additional game will cost RM8. Or you can pick up a bundle of all available games for a discounted price of RM163.20. There’s also the classic Ghosts ‘n Goblins that is thrown in for free. Though it does not appear to be on the PlayStation Store just yet.
Speaking of Ghosts ‘n Goblins, the latest entry, Resurrection, is now listed on both Steam and the PlayStation store. Capcom continues the arcade series of being notoriously difficult and unforgiving, but with a modern coat of paint. In another example of a strange pricing twist, this is priced at RM124 on Steam, but RM120 on the PlayStation Store.
All that being said, both games are not actually available just yet, even if there’s the option to pre-order them. According to PCGamesN, the Capcom Arcade Stadium will be released on 25 May. As for Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection, the PlayStation Store pegs its release date as 31 May.
