Pretty soon after the initial announcement, Apple also revealed the prices for the iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max in Malaysia. Unfortunately, the revelation did not come with their accompanying release dates.
But back to the prices, they are about as detailed as they can get too. Here’s the list of prices for the iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max, and for every available storage configuration”
iPhone 12 Pro 128GB: RM4899
iPhone 12 Pro 256GB: RM5399
iPhone 12 Pro 512GB: RM6299
iPhone 12 Pro Max 128GB: RM5299
iPhone 12 Pro Max 256GB: RM5799
iPhone 12 Pro Max 512GB: RM6699
These prices are a bit strange when compared to the iPhone 11 Pro and its Pro Max variant. Their starting prices are the same despite the iPhone 12 Pro starting with more storage space. The iPhone 12 Pro is also priced lower by RM200 for every increase in storage capacity.
But the opposite is true for the iPhone 12 Pro Max, coming in at RM200 more than the previous generation iPhone 11 Pro Max for every storage option beyond the lowest tier.
As with the base iPhone 12, this is not counting additional costs like the charging adapter. Which, unless you’re upgrading from the aforementioned iPhone 11 series, you’ll likely need one.
