Xiaomi Malaysia has announced that it will no longer provide free 55-inch Mi TV 4S at the Mi 10T Pro launch roadshow that will be taking place at Sunway Pyramid from 9 to 11 October. This also applies to other launch venues which include Mi Store 1 Utama, Gurney Mall Penang, and Paradigm Mall Johor Bharu.
This was done due to the current COVID-19 situation that prohibits mass gatherings which is likely to happen at the roadshow due to the Mi TV 4S offer. However, this does not mean that the offer is off the table though.
Instead, 500 units of Mi TV 4S will be provided for customers that purchase the Mi 10T Pro through Xiaomi’s official Lazada store at 12:00 AM on 9 October 2020. Some of these TVs will also be provided for customers that opt to purchase the new phone via Lazada stores belonging to Vivid Concepts, DirectD, and Urban Republic.
The subsequent 650 customers will then be provided with the Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Basic. However, the exact allocations for each store have not been revealed by Xiaomi Malaysia at the time this article was published.
The company has promised that more information regarding the early bird rewards will be revealed later today. We will update this article once that happens, so stay tuned.
On another hand, the roadshow at Sunway Pyramid will still take place according to Xiaomi Malaysia.
