Back in June, HP had announced the latest iteration of Omen 15 gaming laptop to the world. Four months later, the laptop has somehow quietly made its way to HP Malaysia’s online store.
Even though the laptop can support a variety of hardware configurations from both AMD and Intel, there is only one configuration available on HP Malaysia’s online store at the moment. The hardware list includes Intel Core i5-10300H series processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics, 8GB DDR4-2933 RAM, and 512GB PCIe NVMe solid state drive.
Alongside with a 4-zone RGB keyboard and speakers tuned by Bang & Olufsen, this particular variant of 2020 Omen 15 on HP Malaysia’s website also comes with a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS display although the site didn’t mention its refresh rate. With a battery life of up to 10 hours, completing its general specifications is a 6-cell 70.9 Whr battery alongside 150W power adapter.
According to the website, this variant of Omen 15 is priced at RM 4,439 although based on the global announcement, it may be possible that HP Malaysia is planning to roll out more powerful configurations into our market.
