OnePlus will launch the latest entry to its flagship line in India soon. The company took to its Twitter to announce the upcoming launch of the OnePlus 8T 5G, along with the release of a short teaser video featuring Avengers star Robert Downey Jr in its official YouTube channel.
Neither of the two mentioned revealed any visuals or details of the phone, and its launch is promised to be “coming soon”. Speaking of launches, the new OnePlus 8T 5G is only listed in India so far and it is not known if the company is planning to release the phone globally.

As mentioned earlier, OnePlus has kept details of the 8T 5G under wraps but AndroidCentral claims to have insider information regarding its specifications. Additionally, alleged renders of the phone were also leaked sometime back by OnLeaks on his Twitter account.
AndroidCentral suggests that the new phone may sport a 6.55-inch flat AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset, and supports 65W fast charging. Photography-wise, it is said to feature a quad rear camera setup with 48MP, 16MP, 5MP and 2MP sensors. Housed in the punch-hole cutout of its display is a 32MP selfie camera.
Whether the leaked information and images is accurate or not is still up in the air at this time. We’ll eventually find out about the official specs and design of the upcoming OnePlus 8T 5G when it launches in the coming weeks.
