The Black Shark 3S will be available in Malaysia exclusively via the brand’s official Shopee store starting 8 September 2020, the company confirmed. It is the latest model to enter Xiaomi subsidiary’s gaming smartphone line-up for this year, which was initially launched in China earlier in August.
If you recall our previous report from last week, the phone’s expected availability in Malaysia was more or less confirmed when local retailer DirectD had put up its pre-orders for the Black Shark 3S. The official pricing for the new gaming smartphone matches up with the retailers listing as well, where the 12GB/128GB variant is priced at RM3,199 and the 12GB/256GB is at RM3,499. Similarly, the brand too is offering a variety of free gifts to celebrate the phone’s launch in Malaysia next week via its official Shopee store.
The company noted that the first 50 buyers will receive official Black Shark products and guarantees including a Carry Case for the 3S, Black Shark FunCooler, 1-year screen crack protection, RM100 Shopee voucher, and a mystery merchandise from the brand. Subsequently, the next 50 buyers that will receive a Black Shark Gamepad 2.0 Left, Gamepad 3.0 Holder, FunCooler, 1-year screen crack protection, RM100 Shopee voucher, and a Black Shark mystery merchandise.
