It has been three weeks since OnePlus officially unveiled its new 5G mid-ranger, the OnePlus Nord to the world. But even before the official announcement took place, we already know that the phone will be released in Malaysia.
Given the time that has passed since then, it is not surprising that many have been asking when exactly OnePlus Nord will be receiving its official launch in our market. The recent release of 450 mystery boxes has certainly increased the hype of the phone but at the same time, that does nothing to ease down the anxiousness of local fans.
Well, today OnePlus has finally revealed the launch date for OnePlus Nord in Malaysia. As you can see in the image above, do circle 18 August as an important date in your calendar if you’re already planning to get your hands on the new phone.
OnePlus stated that the launch event will take place virtually through OnePlus Nord Malaysia’s Facebook page. Naturally, the company is saving the exact roll-out date and pricing for the phone for the launch event although based on its pricing in Europe and the United States, we predict that the starting price in Malaysia could be between RM 1699 to RM 1899.
