Yesterday, Lego introduced a brand new series that allowed fans to build posters featuring pop culture icons such as The Beatles and even Darth Vader. After reaching out to a local representative, we can confirm that the Lego Art sets will arrive in Malaysia next August, and will be priced at RM659.90 for each.
To recap, the Lego Art series features four sets featuring Andy Warhol’s Marilyn Monroe, The Beatles, Marvel’s Iron Man, and Sith characters from Star Wars. Each set allows builders to create one of several different artwork options available. For example, you will need to buy four of the same Beatles set to build individual posters for each band member.
Depending on the sets offered by Lego Art, collecting more copies of the same set would also enable builders to build a massive poster with the parts available. Those who purchase three Iron Man sets are able to build a long artwork of the character, while three Star Wars sets allows them to create a tall poster of Darth Vader.
Those looking forward to collect the new sets should mark their calendar for 1 August 2020. According to the representative, the Lego Art sets will be made available in Legoland Malaysia and Lego certified stores.
