After releasing two 2020 models from G Series family of gaming laptops in Malaysia last month, Dell has announced that it will introduce another new G Series model in our market this coming July. It will come in the form of the 2020 Dell G7 15 which has received not only new hard but also a design makeover.
The 2020 G7 15 is much slimmer than its predecessors as the company managed to reduce its thickness by 4mm and now measures at 20.5mm. Dell also pointed out that the G7 15’s display bezel has also slimmed down from 9.9mm to 6.5mm.
The 2020 G7 15’s full hardware options for Malaysia have not yet been revealed by Dell but the company did provide us with the base model which is equipped with a 15.6-inch Full HD 144Hz VA display. The unit also features Intel Core i7-10750H processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti graphics with 6GB GDDR6 VRAM, 8GB DDR4-2933 dual-channel system RAM, and 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD.
The base model for the 2020 G7 15 in Malaysia also carries a price tag of RM 6499. If you are interested, do keep a look for its arrival at Dell Malaysia’s website or your favourite gaming laptop dealers on 14 July 2020.
