OPPO Malaysia recently released a teaser poster of a new phone with a quad-camera main array, with the words “coming soon” written at the bottom. While the teaser contains no further hints, the alignment and design of the camera modules suggest that the upcoming phone Reno 2 or the recently teased Reno Ace.
If the teased phone is really the Reno 2, it should be pointed out that the phone was already revealed in India back in August. Specs-wise, the phone houses a Snapdragon 730 SoC, packing an 8GB RAM, a 256GB storage configuration, and sports a quad-camera main array comprising a 48MP main camera.
Again, there’s still not a whole lot of information about the phone, and OPPO Malaysia has yet to provide a local launch date for the device. On that note, we’ll update this article upon receiving further information. Until then, stay tuned.
