When the Epic Games Store went live in December last year, it launched with three exclusive titles. One of them was Hades. The game now has its own page on Steam, which will enter its Early Access phase on 11 December.
For the full version of the game, developer Supergiant Games say that it will launch around the second half of 2020. Initially, the game is supposed to only be available on other platforms after the game leaves the early access phase.
At any rate, the date marks the end of the game’s one year-long exclusivity period with the EGS. The game will make its appearance on Steam with all the updates it’s gotten during its EGS-exclusive phase.
If you’re not already familiar with Hades, it’s a rogue-like dungeon crawler with Greek mythology themes. You play as Zagreus, the immortal son of Hades, god of the underworld.
