Last week, HONOR Malaysia teased the coming of the HONOR 20 Pro, with the ever ambiguous “Coming Soon”. It’s a phone that was announced in London back in May, alongside the HONOR 20, which is already launched in the country. Now, the company has put up a new teaser, which says “Coming in August”.
Like before, the tease includes the HONOR 20 Pro’s DxOMark score of 111. This time though the teaser image is more forthcoming about identifying the phone in question. It also comes with details of the phone’s quad-camera setup at the back. It’s not new information, but the information provided serves as a reminder of what the HONOR 20 Pro comes with.
The main shooter among those portrayed above is the Sony IMX586 48MP shooter. This, along with the 16MP super wide-angle camera and the macro camera, are also found on the HONOR 20. But in lieu of the 2MP depth sensor, the HONOR 20 Pro comes instead with the 8MP telephoto lens.
At the very least, we know now that HONOR Malaysia intends to launch the HONOR 20 Pro next month. That said, we’ll still have to wait for the company to reveal the exact date of the phone hitting local shelves.
