MSI is now accepting pre-orders for its GE65 Raider gaming notebook. The new GE65 Raider was showcased at Computex 2019, and is packed with the latest hardware on the current market.
Specifically, the GE65 Raider is fitted with a 9th generation Intel Core i7-9750H CPU, 16GB DDR4-2666MHz RAM, a 1TB NVMe PCIe Gen3 x4 SSD, and a choice between an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 or RTX 2070 discrete GPU. For connectivity, the notebook has a Killer DoubleShot Pro RJ45 LAN port, but more importantly, it also supports the latest Wi-Fi 6 standard (802.11ax) and Bluetooth 5.0.
Ports-wise, the GE65 Raider comes with one USB-C 3.2, a USB 3.2 Type-A port, two USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports, 1 HDMI 2.0b, and a mini DisplayPort 1.2. Oh, and lest we forget, the notebook’s keyboard also comes with per-key RGB LEDs.
The pre-order period started yesterday on 1 July 2019, and will conclude on 8 July 2019. Interested parties can place their orders at MSI’s official store or online via MSI’s official e-commerce partners, Lazada and Shopee.
Pricing for the notebooks start at RM8099 for the model housing the RTX 2060, while the variant with the RTX 2070 will retail for RM9899. To sweeten the pot, MSI will also be giving away a free Mystic Knight backpack worth RM399 with every purchase of the notebook.
Further, if you choose to add another RM699 to the bill, customers will also get an Optix G24VC gaming monitor with the notebook, giving gamers a second display to use.
