Realme, OPPO’s sub-brand, is holding its first Realme Fans Festival in collaboration with the e-commerce site, Shopee. To celebrate, the brand is reducing the price of the 8GB/128GB variant of the Realme 2 Pro from RM1099 to RM899. For a limited time, starting today until 7 March 2019.
The phone, which came on to the scene near the end of last year, features some mid-range hardware. Including a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, up to 8GB RAM, and an expandable storage capacity between 64GB and 128GB. One of the Realme 2 Pro’s biggest selling points is its 3500mAh built-in battery that – as our writer described in his review – has legs fit for a marathon.
On a related note, the other variants of the phone will also receive a price drop during this period, with the 4GB/64GB variant going for RM699 and the 6GB/64GB version of the Realme 2 Pro going for RM799.
As mentioned, the deal for the Realme 2 Pro will only be available on the brand’s official Shopee store page. On another note, the brand is also running a contest alongside the promotion. Giving customers a chance to win a free getaway at one of two hotels in Port Dickson – the Lexis Port Dickson or Grand Lexis Port Dickson.
