Many including us have thought that Webe has completely shed its old skin and fully transformed itself to unifi Mobile last year. However, we were proven wrong during the weekend when the subsidiary of TM revealed a brand new offering called nex.life Connect.
What made nex.life Connect different from the existing unifi Mobile offerings is that it combines both fixed home Internet as well as the mobile Internet for phones in one single plan. Priced at RM 100 per month at the time being, it also comes with unlimited quota.
As interesting as the plan might sound, it turns out that nex.life Connect is currently available only in select areas within Kelantan and Terengganu. We first noticed about this through the list of recommended router for the service (pdf) which also include a number of recommended dealers that are located within the two states.
Once we noticed this, we then reached out to nex.life’s team via its Facebook page who has confirmed that it is indeed the case. The team subsequently reveal the list of areas that covered by nex.life for the time being on its Facebook page:
