Back in December last year, ASUS announced the ZenFone Max M2 and the ZenFone Max Pro M2. The latter is already in the local market and it looks like the other model is on the way to Malaysia as well.
We know that there are two configurations based on the information during regional launch in Jakarta. As a quick refresh, the ASUS ZenFone Max M2 comes with either 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, or 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
Both variants also feature a 6.3-inch HD+ display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 chipset, a 13MP + 2MP rear camera combo, an 8MP front facing camera, and a 4000mAh battery.
Two important pieces of information are still missing though – which variant will be making an entry to our local market, and what the local retail prices will be. It won’t take long before we find out, with ASUS Malaysia has promised to reveal more information on 11 January regarding the phone’s imminent arrival in our market.
