Dell last week has announced two new additions under its Dell Gaming monitor offerings which come in the form of Dell 24 and Dell 27 Gaming Monitors. While they might not specifically grouped into the same series, Dell has actually positioned these two monitors as the perfect companions for Dell G series gaming laptops by having the identical Recon Blue finish.
Also known via their official model names S2419HGF and S2719DGF respectively, both Dell Gaming Monitors are equipped with anti-glare TN panel. They also support AMD FreeSync tech although users are given the option to disable the feature if they wanted too.
However, each model has their own resolution and refresh rate setting though. The Dell 24 Gaming Monitor offers Full HD panel with native refresh rate of 120Hz that be overclocked up to 144Hz while Dell 27 Gaming Monitor has a Quad HD panel with native 144Hz refresh rate that be pushed further to 155Hz.
While their exact availability in Malaysia is not known at the moment, Dell stated that these monitors will be released in Asia Pacific region and United States starting from 28 August onwards. Price-wise, the 24-inch model can be obtained for USD 319.99 (about RM 1,313) while the 27-inch variant goes for USD 549.99 (about RM 2,258).
