Acer Malaysia has brought in a few monitors that are suitable for entry gaming and home entertainment. The monitors that are arriving include the Acer ET1 series that is more suitable for home entertainment, and the Acer ED273 for entry gaming.

The Acer ET1 series, which includes the Acer ET241Y and Acer ET271 comes with 24″ and 27″ Full HD (1920 x 1080) display. A new zero-frame design is present in the design of the monitors, which will deliver a seamless visual enjoyment to the user.

Meanwhile, the Acer ED273 A is a 27″ Full HD (1920 x 1080) curved gaming monitor. The Acer ED273 will be able delivery buttery smooth visuals to game-plays thanks to its 144hz refresh rates and fast 4ms GTG (grey-to-grey) response time.

If you have an AMD Radeon graphics card, AMD’s Free Sync technology is also present in the Acer ED273, hook it up via DisplayPort to eliminate stuttering and tearing to create a perfect fluid performance at all framerates.

The Acer ET1 series comes with IPS panels while the Acer ED273 comes with VA panels. Both offers an excellent 178-degree viewing angle. Which means no matter what angle you view the monitor from there won’t be any colour distortion.

Acer has also incorporated its BlueLightShield, Flicker-less, ComfyView into all the models. But extras like Low Dimming technology is only available at the Acer ET1 series, while the ED273 is equipped with Acer EyeProtect technology. These features are to reduce eye straining and provide a more comfortable viewing experience to the users.

The Acer ET241Y and Acer ET271 are priced at RM549 and RM799, while the Acer ED273 is priced at RM1099 and all monitors are now available for purchase at all authorised Acer resellers.
