For those of you who wish to get your hands on the latest Samsung Galaxy Note8, it looks like you may be able to do so from most major local telcos. Celcom has already teased their preorder for the device, and the rest of the telcos including Maxis, Digi, U Mobile and even Yes are doing so too.

The preorder from these telcos will also run from 5 September to 10 September 2017. As with Samsung Malaysia’s preorder, you can enjoy rewards and savings worth RM888 when you preorder from these telcos. Get a cash rebate of RM321, free 5,100mAh battery pack worth RM269, a free clear cover, and free Samsung Protection Plus.

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 retails at RM3,999 (inclusive of GST), but you don’t have to pay the full price to be one of the first to own the device. Sign up for a contract with these telcos, and get the smartphone at a subsidised price.

Digi says that you can enjoy up to RM2,161 worth of savings and rewards when you sign up for Digi Postpaid. Sadly though, none of the other telcos have unveiled the details to the phone bundle for the Galaxy Note8, so I guess we’ll have to wait till 5 September 2017 for the full details.

You can register your interest with Maxis now. As for the rest of the telcos, Digi, U Mobile, Yes and Celcom, follow their website to stay up to date with the latest information.

Meanwhile, find out more about the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 from our previous posts – hands on post, specs comparison with some of the most popular flagship smartphones in the market right now, camera comparison with Galaxy S8+, and find out why we think that the device’s Live Focus could use some tweaking.
