Zotac Reveals Specifications Of Its Custom GTX 1080 Ti Graphics Cards

Following in the footsteps of other graphics cards manufacturers, Zotac too has unveiled key specifications of its custom GTX 1080 graphics cards. In total, the company will be releasing four variants of the GTX 1080 Ti, including a Founders Edition version.

First up is the Zotac GTX 1080 Ti AMP! Edition graphics card. As mentioned in our previous article, this graphics card will feature a custom PCB and cooling solution. That aside, the Zotac GTX 1080 Ti AMP! Edition comes with a base and boost clock speed of 1569MHz and 1683MHz respectively. Besides that, the graphics card also has a TDP rating of 270W.

Next is the significantly more powerful GTX 1080 Ti AMP! Extreme graphics card. It’s worth keeping in mind that this graphics card does come with a ‘gigantic’ cooler shroud; so make sure you have enough space before buying it. Clock speeds of the Zotac GTX 1080 Ti AMP! Extreme is rated at 1645MHz (base) and 1758MHz (boost). The TDP rating of this graphics card is 320W, which is significantly higher compared to the reference Nvidia card (250W).

The last custom graphics card offering by Zotac is the GTX 1080 Ti Blower. Not much can be said about the design of this graphics card. It features a rather dull cooler shroud along with a blower style cooling fan, that’s it. Its specifications are largely similar with Nvidia’s reference graphics card. Likewise, the price of the Zotac GTX 1080 Ti Blower is also similar to the price of the GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition.

Unfortunately, the prices and date of availability of both the GTX 1080 Ti AMP! Edition and GTX 1080 Ti AMP! Extreme graphics cards were not mentioned by Zotac. That said, we do expect the company to be revealing these details tomorrow, during the company’s “April Fools” event. Stay tuned for more updates!
