Just after few weeks in the market, OPPO Malaysia has confirmed that its R9s will be released in a new colorway very soon. At launch, the phone was originally made available in two colors: Rose Gold and Gold.
Called the Valentine Red Edition, it is quite clear why the new colorway will be released this month. Alongside a black front, it is still the same R9s though which carries a full HD 5.5-inch AMOLED display as well as Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor, 4GB RAM, and 64GB internal storage.
Aside from that, it is also equipped with 16-megapixels Sony IMX398 sensor that provides dual PDAF capability for its rear camera and is paired with f/1.7 6-elements lens alongside an LED flash. The R9s also comes with another 16-megapixels camera on its front and 3,010 mAh battery.
Meanwhile, OPPO Malaysia has yet to reveal the pricing for the R9s Valentine Red Edition or even exact release date for it.
