Digi Opens Preorder for Samsung Galaxy A Series 2017, Delivers From 25 January 2017 Onwards

For those of you who wish to get the brand new Samsung Galaxy A Series 2017 – Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7, you may preorder it from Digi now. The telco is offering these devices from as low as RM0 and RM99 respectively when you sign up for a contract with one of their postpaid plans.

The Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) and Galaxy A7 (2017) retails at RM1,603 and RM1,792 (before GST) respectively. As a preorder promotion, which runs from 6 to 15 January 2016, you can get them from RM0 and RM99 respectively when you sign up for a contract under Digi Postpaid 98 or Digi Postpaid 148 More Calls & SMS plans. That’s not all, Digi is also offering an additional 5GB of data free for 24 months when you sign up for these bundles:

This preorder promotion will run from 6-15 January 2017, and Digi will deliver your device to you from 25 January 2017 onwards.

The Samsung Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 (2017) were officially launched in Malaysia just last week. Both devices are IP68 certified for dust and water resistant, and like their predecessor, feature a metal body and glass back finish for a premium look. They are both powered by a 1.9GHz octa-core processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage (up to 256GB via microSD card). These dual-SIM devices features fingerprint sensor on the home button, Samsung Pay, and runs on Android 6.0.16 Marshmallow out of the box.

The Galaxy A7 (2017) is larger, with a 5.7” Full HD Super AMOLED display and 3,600mAh battery on board, while the Galaxy A5 (2017) has a 5.2” Full HD Super AMOLED display with a smaller 3,000mAh battery.
