Picking up from the hugely successful launch of Mavic Pro, DJI has recently introduced several more drones last month which include the new Phantom 4 Pro. If you have planned to get your hands on it, we have good news for you then: the new drone is now available in Malaysia.

For those who are not aware of the drone, the Phantom 4 Pro is an updated version of DJI’s critically acclaimed Phantom 4 drone. The drone’s camera features a 1-inch 20-megapixels CMOS sensor with 11.5 stops of dynamic range and is paired together with a f/2.8 wide-angle lens as well as a mechanical shutter. The camera is also capable of capturing 4K videos at 60 fps.

The new Phantom 4 Pro also features updated sensor which allows it to sense obstacle from 5-direction which made it more agile than Phantom 4 and Mavic Pro. With up to 30 minutes worth of flight time, the drone can be flown from distance of up to 7km with a maximum speed of 72.4 km/h (45 mph) in sport mode.

According to the DJI’s authorized reseller store located in Paradigm Mall, the drone was available at the premise since yesterday although the store itself has been taking pre-order for the drone since last month. However, customers who want to have their hands on the new Phantom 4 Pro controller with built-in display need to wait slightly longer though as only the standard display-less controller is available at the moment.

In terms of pricing, the standard Phantom Pro 4 package is priced at RM 6,899. As for the set that includes the new controller with built-in display, it will go for RM 8,390 once the set arrives at the store later this month.
