Apart from the new Swift 7 and Spin 5, Acer also took the opportunity to launch yet another IFA 2016’s product here in Malaysia. However, this particular product is not a laptop though but a gaming monitor under its Predator series instead.
Called Predator Z1 Z271T, the new 27-inch full HD (1920 x 1080) display not only features curved 1800r screen but it is also equipped with 144Hz VA panel that has 4ms response time. Furthermore, it also supports NVIDIA G-Sync technology which helps eliminate screen tearing and stuttering when paired with selected NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards.
Not enough with that, Predator Z1 also comes standard with eye tracker made by Tobii that allows users to control selected games such as Watch Dogs 2, Tom Clancy’s The Division, and many more using their eyes. Additionally, users also able to utilize the eye tracker as biometric authenticator with the help of the Windows Hello feature in Windows 10.
Price-wise, the new Predator Z1 curved gaming monitor will be available for RM 2,999 once it is released through Acer retailers throughout Malaysia by mid-December 2016.
