Aesthetically, there aren’t any distinct differences between all four ROG Strix graphics cards. Interestingly, all of these graphics cards will be equipped with Asus’ Aura RGB Lighting, which will illuminate the cooler shroud as well as the backplate. The only profound differences between these graphics cards are their respective boost clocks.

Strix GTX 1070Speaking of which, due to recent controversies surrounding Asus’ graphics cards, it’s advisable to download the GPU Tweak II software to enable OC Mode (for maximum performance) – retail versions of these graphics cards will ship with the slower “Gaming Mode” by default. Regardless, more information about the ROG Strix GTX 1080 8G Gaming, ROG Strix GTRX 1080 O8G Gaming, ROG Strix GTX 1070 8G Gaming and ROG Strix GTRX 1070 O8G Gaming can be found on Asus’ official website.
