Ever since its release a few years ago, many were anticipating the release of the GX1000 Eagle Eye in Malaysia. Now, Asus has finally brought the gaming mouse to Malaysia, and it is now available for purchase on its online store.
The brushed aluminum GX1000 has a laser sensor that is able to produce an impressive 50 to 8200 dpi resolution range. Besides that, this gaming mice is marked with Asus’ Republic Of Gamers logo that is usually reserved for its best gaming products. In addition to that, the Eagle Eye also comes with an LED indicator to show the current dpi settings along with three programmable side buttons.
Surprisingly, the GX1000 has an adjustable weight system that allows users to customise the weight of the gaming mouse according to their preferences. Asus included five “click-in” weights that will increase the weight of the mouse up to 5 grams.
Asus has been busy manufacturing plenty of gaming peripherals nowadays, which includes motherboards, headsets, graphics cards and many others. Just last week, Asus released another gaming mouse in Malaysia, the GX860, which is considerably cheaper (RM209) compared to the GX1000.
The GX1000 has a USB 2.0 connector along with a braided cable that will ensure durability. The mouse also comes with two colour options: Black and Silver. Currently, the GX1000 is available for purchase through Asus’ online store for a price of RM309.
