U Mobile has just launched a new app for prepaid and postpaid subscribers to make tracking your account a whole lot easier. Called MYUMOBILE, the app lets you track your usage, view/pay bills, top up your prepaid number, and more.
Available on Android and iOS, MYUMOBILE app lets U Mobile subscribers easily track their data, voice and SMS usage balance, track nearby rewards, download postpaid bill statements and pay directly from the app, top up prepaid account via vouchers and cards, purchase add-on, and view your U Card Rewards or make a redemption all in a single app.
The app seems a little buggy at the moment, it keeps getting error when I try to connect, but if you actually do manage to log in, you will be greeted with your usage. You can see the balance of your High Speed Internet quota, on-net and off-net voice calls, and on-net and off-net SMS balance. The freebies tab will show you the balance of your freebies, and the add-on tab will show you the balance of the add-ons you have.
Open up the menu bar on the top left corner and you are greeted with more options – U Card Rewards, check/pay bill for postpaid users, check balance/top up for prepaid users, or stay in touch with the latest information about the telco, and even locate a U Mobile store near you.
