Maxis has just launched a new rewards program called the MaxisONE Club Elite. As its name suggests, it’s an exclusive loyalty program that offers VIP treatment and first-class services for its customers with high spending and good payment record.
MaxisONE Club Elite is available for Maxis customers who spend RM500 and above a month for over 12 months, with an immaculate payment record. If you fulfil the requirements, you will be invited to be a member of MaxisONE Club Elite to enjoy priority services, and even be invited for exclusive events like enjoying culinary experiences at exotic locations and be among the first to experience and own the latest devices.
With this new addition of MaxisONE Club Elite, there are now two MaxisONE Club services – MaxisONE Club Select and MaxisONE Club Elite. Select members need to spend a minimum o f RM150 a month with good payment record for the past 12 months. The spending amount for both membership is inclusive of most Maxis’ services including mobile, broadband and home internet.
Other rewards offered to all MaxisONE club members include lifestyle rewards such as discounts in a variety of outlets, and free Spotify Premium subscriptions.
So how do you sign up to be a MaxisONE Club member? The telco will communicate with eligible customers directly via SMS and/or email. Alternatively, you can also check via the MyMaxis app for Android and iOS users.
To kick things off, MaxisONE Club Elite members will be invited for a Taste Series and a Preview Series starting April 2015. The first preview session will be held in April and Elite members can be among the first to own the latest devices – Samsung Galaxy S6 preview session will be held on 11 April 2015. The first culinary experience for Elite members will be held in May 2015 at a “secret location”.
