U Mobile is now offering a Traveller SIM pack for free for foreign passport holders travelling to Malaysia. Available at KLIA 2, all you need to do is show them your passport and the staff at the U Mobile store will the free Traveller SIM pack. The catch? A minimum top-up is required.
To receive the free Traveller SIM pack from U Mobile, all you need to do is top up a minimum of RM20, and you can use the the credit to subscribe for a data or bundle plans as shown below:
If you do not wish to purchase any data or bundles, the pay-as-you-use rates is at RM0.10 for 30 seconds to all numbers, RM0.03 and RM0.08 per SMS to U Mobile numbers and to other networks respectively, and RM0.20/MB of data.
Sadly, as mentioned before, this promotion is only available for inbound foreign tourists/travellers to Malaysia with a valid passport and is not available for Malaysians. Have a friend visiting you for a holiday? Tell them to get their free U Mobile Traveller SIM pack at KLIA 2.
