It looks like U Mobile will be announcing new UMI prepaid plans tomorrow. According to insiders of Malaysian Wireless, there will be three new prepaid plans with some very exciting deals to offer like more internet, low call rates as well as free calls everyday.
Called “The #getclever Plans”, the three prepaid plans will come with:
- Even more Internet: 50% more than Others
- 5sen calls to all networks: Lower than competitors’ Friends & Family rate
- New Free Call: All Day, Everyday Free Call to All U Mobile
The three new UMI Plans are UMI 20, UMI 30 and UMI 50. Each of these plans comes packed with high-speed internet quota and free voice calls:
What will happen to the existing UMI prepaid plans? According to Malaysian Wireless, U Mobile will be removing three of them – UMI 18/28/48. This means that if true, as of tomorrow, U Mobile will have four UMI plans to offer – UMI 20, UMI 30, UMI 38 and UMI 50. Existing subscribers of UMI 18/28/48 will still be able to keep their plan as long as auto-renewal is successful and until further notice.
Of course, the new UMI plans are not confirmed at the moment so stay tuned because U Mobile is expected to unveil them tomorrow at noon.
