The Lenovo Vibe X2 was first unveiled in IFA 2014 about three months ago. Fast forward to today, Lenovo Malaysia has announced the Vibe X2’s arrival next week on the 9th of December. Party-goers, take note; the Vibe X2 will be unveiled at Zouk Club KL.
This invite-only party will give fans the opportunity to be one of the first to view the Vibe X2 in person. Those who manage to secure an invite will also be in the running to win this brand new smartphone from Lenovo. If you didn’t manage to win the phone though, don’t worry, Lenovo will also be selecting 10 lucky fans to purchase the Vibe X2 at half the price.
Let’s have a quick rundown of the Vibe X2’s specifications: it is powered by the MediaTek MT6595 True8Core processor clocked at 2.0GHz coupled with 2GB of RAM. Along with a 5-inch 1920 x 1080 display, the Vibe X2 also has a layered design incorporated at the side of the phone.
The Vibe X2 also has a range of accessories Lenovo calls “Vibe Xtensions.” It includes a JBL speaker that also acts as a stand for the phone, and a battery case for that extra battery juice.
