You don’t need the latest and most expensive smartphone just to enjoy high speed internet. Maxis recently added the Lenovo A606 to its device bundle, offering the RM599 LTE smartphone from as low as RM0 – you’ll need to sign up for a contract of course.
As with all the phone bundles from Maxis, you will need to sign up for a 2-years contract with the telco under one of its latest postpaid plans – MaxisONE plan lite or MaxisONE plan with either 2GB or 3GB of data.
The Lenovo A606 is an LTE-enabled Android smartphone from the Chinese company. It features a large 5” display with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels giving a pixel density of 196ppi. Underneath that is a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 Cortex-A7 processor paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable storage (up to 32GB microSD). Other specs include 8MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, Android 4.4 out of the box, and a 2,000mAh battery.
