The Steam autumn sale has been reported to start from the 26th of November to the 1st of December, courtesy of an email from PayPal. Those that have been holding out to purchase any game from Steam, now’s the time to prepare your wallet.
In the email sent from Paypal to its customers, the sale period was disclosed along with a message to stock up on Steam Wallet Codes in anticipation of the sale. The autumn sale is one of Steam’s biggest sale as it coincides with Black Friday and Cyber Monday, so expect the biggest discounts to happen on Friday and next Monday.
Thanks to the move by Steam not too long ago to start pricing games in RM, it will be easier for Malaysian gamers to make purchases from Steam. This is also the first Steam autumn sale after the RM pricing has started, so it would be interesting to see how much of a discount we will be getting.
Of course, as this announcement did not come from Steam, the date might be changed. It is highly unlikely though, seeing how PayPal works very closely with Steam.
