MSI Gaming Fair to Take Place at Low Yat Plaza This Upcoming Monday

MSI Malaysia has announced that it will be hosting the MSI Gaming Fair. The event, which will take place at Low Yat Plaza’s concourse level, starts on Monday 28 July to 3 August 2014. The week event will feature MSI’s latest gaming notebook lineup, providing hands-on demo of the notebooks including the latest MSI GS60 Ghost.

Along with the hands on demo, MyDota will host a Dota 2 tournament from 2 August to 3 August at the site, where first round qualifiers of the top two players from each day will move towards the finals which will be on the 29 August until 31 August at Mid Valley Megamall. The grand prize announced by MSI Malaysia for this tournament is a MSI GP60 2PE gaming notebook worth of RM 2699.  Those who wish to participate in the tournament can register their interest here.

There will be another gaming tournament taking place at the event. The Counter Strike: Go (CS:GO) Lone Wolf tournament will be hosted by gamers from the MSI community on 1 August. To participate, register here.

MSI will also have a live 3D printing demonstration, showing people how 3D printing works. A gaming arena will also be made available, letting people try out the latest game titles such as Titanfall, PayDay 2, Plants vs Zombies and an early access to Heroes of the Storm by Blizzard.

As for those who are keen on purchasing a laptop on-site, MSI Malaysia distributors Brightstar and I-Universe will be giving special offers on various MSI gaming models and stand out to obtain a free copy of Watch Dogs for the first 3 purchases of any MSI laptops during special hours each day.

There is also a special offer for those who purchase a GT70 20D Dragon Edition. They are entitled to get another MSI Notebook which is the GP60 2PE Leopard. Limited stocks available and this offer is valid during Happy Hours only.
