I’m not one to post concept renders so as not to get anyones hopes up but this concept video showing off a sorely missed feature in iOS was a long time coming. For a while now, I’ve always loved the customizability of the Android OS centred around the abundance of widgets and weighed that as a huge point of contention for the iOS vs Android battle.
This concept demonstrates how fluidly iOS could possibly integrate widgets to the famously static mobile OS. While its probably not going to be part of the announcement tonight at WWDC, it’s something to hope for.
