Just when you thought that this monstrosity of a phone was put to rest, stake through its stillbeating heart, Samsung have just announced the second device in the Galaxy Beam family of smartphones in China. Apparently in China there is a demand for phones that broadcast a rather terrible projection of the homescreen with entry level specs proving that its not all flagship killers over there.
The Samsung Galaxy Beam 2 features a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 800×480 4.66inch display with a 2,600mAh battery. There is no details yet on price and international availability but in all honesty, this is one device I hope never leaves the confines of the middle kingdom.
