So, the price of the new Surface 2 has finally been revealed by Microsoft Malaysia yesterday. While the tablet will only be publicly available in our market starting later this week, consumers are already able to take a look at the tablet or even test it around during the Surface 2 Launch Road Show which is taking place at Mid Valley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur throughout this week.
In fact, users are also able to pre-order Surface 2 at the road show which was organized by Thunder Match – one of the official retailer for Surface products. All customers need to do is pay a refundable deposit of RM 500 in order to secure a unit and they will then be able to pick up their new Surface 2 at the road show starting from Friday, 14 March. Each purchase of Surface 2 will also be accompanied by a free 2600mAh power bank and a Pofoko 10-inch sleeve.
Apart from Surface 2 which is clearly the main star of the show, consumers are also able to get their hands on the previous generation Surface RT and Surface Pro as well which have just received price reduction. Just like the Surface 2, each purchase of these first generation Surface tablets will also be accompanied by free gifts such as Cyber Clean cleaning compound, Pofoko sleeve and Edifier earphones.
Additionally, there is also Purchase with Purchase promo for all variants of Surface at the roadshow in the form of discounts for Type Cover, extended warranty, external hard drive, wireless mouse and Microsoft Office.
