It looks like the Samsung Galaxy Camera 2 isn’t the only Samsung Mobile product that has arrived in Malaysia, Samsung Malaysia recently also announced the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 for a retail price of RM1,199.
Announced late last year, the Galaxy Grand 2 features a slightly larger display of 5.25” HD display and several improvements under the hood compared to the first generation Galaxy Grand. It’s powered by a 1.2Ghz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor with 1.5GB of RAM on board. It has 8GB of expandable storage on board, features a 8MP rear camera, 1.9MP front camera, and comes with dual-SIM support as well. Samsung has two variants of the Galaxy Grand 2 – one with LTE and one without, and unfortunately the version that arrived in our market does not have 4G LTE on board – the SM-G7102 model.
Other specs include 146.8 x 75.3 x 8.95mm dimension, 163g weight, 2,600mAh battery, Bluetooth 4.0 and the ability to record 1080p videos. Find out more about the Galaxy Grand 2 in our previous post.
Available in black or white, dhe Galaxy Grand 2 retails at RM1,199 and can be purchased from all Samsung Authorized Dealers.
