A year on from their public debut at CES 2013, Pebble have announced the new, dressed up and more serious Pebble Steel. The Pebble Steel features all the functionality of the old Pebble with new inclusions like a larger, thinner screen as well as a RGB LED on the bottom left for notifications. The Pebble steel comes in 2 versions, either brushed metal or black and includes both a leather strap and metal band.

Pebble have also announced their brand new App store, where users can download and discover brand new apps. Come end January, you will be able to access the Pebble app store directly from your phone’s Pebble app. Along with a whole host of new apps and features, this may have just breathed a little life into a once floundering platform.
