One of the features that Oppo announced with the Find 7 and Find 7a at launch was this magical new charging system called VOOC Rapid Charge. With VOOC Rapid Charge, Oppo claims that the Find 7a is able to charge from 0 to 75% in JUST 30 minutes.
Curiosity got the better of us and the great guys at Oppo Malaysia passed us 2 Find 7a devices for the test. We drained both the phones with a battery drainer app the day before to start them both at 0% and set a timer to see how both phones would come along after 30 minutes. We decided to let it run so you could see in “real time” how fast VOOC was compared to the normal USB charging.
