iPhone 6 Renders Based on leaksRenders of the iPhone 6 (4.7″ and 5.5″) based on leaked information

Now that the Samsung Galaxy S5 has finally been launched into the market worldwide, let’s make way for some Apple rumors. According to a well-known analyst from KGI Securities, Kuo Ming-Chi, who has been fairly accurate with his leaks on upcoming Apple devices, the Cupertino company will be unveiling two redesigned iPhones  – one at 4.7” and another at 5.5”.

First up, the 4.7” model will pack a 1334 x 750 Retina display, giving a pixel density of 326ppi while the phablet-sized one will have a Full HD display with 401ppi. While larger, the display size are said to have the same aspect ratio as the current iPhone 5/5S so developers will not need to readjust their apps again.

As for the insides, the iPhone 6 will be powered by new A8 processor with 1GB of RAM on board, as well as Touch ID. Design wise, on top of a relocated power button which will be shifted to the sides (Apple’s power button has always been on top), the iPhone 6 will feature narrower bezel smaller by 10% to 2)%, making it friendly to use even with one hand (the 4.7” version).

Other notable things mentioned includes NFC chips (woah!), possibly a Sapphire Glass display on the highest-end unit (64GB 5.5” iPhone), improved 8MP rear camera with OIS, and better battery life especially on the larger sized iPhone 6.

Finally as with every iPhone launch, the company will kill of the current lowest-end ones (iPhone 4/4S), and bum down the iPhone 5S/5C to the more “affordable” range.
