During CES 2014 in Las Vegas last month, one of the major announcements that came from AMD during that event is the availability date of the new “Kaveri” A-Series APU. The first wave of the release involves two different processors and both of them have now arrived in Malaysia.
Specifically, they are the AMD A10-7850K and the A10-7700K. Made for the FM2+ CPU socket, the main differences between these two Kaveri APUs are their CPU clock speed and the amount of GPU stream processors that are available within the AMD Radeon R7 GPU that is built into them.

Available immediately from retailers around the country, the AMD A10-7850K is priced at RM 679 while the AMD A10-7700K is priced at RM 589. The local pricing for the third Kaveri APU model (A8-7600) is not available at the time being since the APU will only be released later this quarter.
