You most probably have missed this particular offer by the time you read this but fret not – you’ll have the chance for the next two days. Apparently, Yes 4G is offering its newly launched WiMAX-equipped Samsung Chromebook for only RM 1 at its roadshow in Mid Valley Megamall.
So, what’s the catch? While we were made to understand that there is no monthly installment or commitment involved but there are only limited units of Yes 4G’s Samsung Chromebook that are available for RM 1. Once the stocks for RM 1 Chromebook are finished, it will then be offered for RM288, RM588 and RM888.
The picture was taken at 3am when we just left our HQ and passed by the area. These early-bird customers were already in the queue since midnight, apparently.
Hence, the chance of you getting the Chromebook at RM 1 really depends on how early (like the folks above) you willing to queue up at Yes 4G’s booth in Mid Valley Megamall. Not to forget, the RM 1 Chromebook will only be released at 4pm. [UPDATE: Apparently, the RM 1 Chromebook release time differs from one day to another. For example, it will be at 630pm tomorrow. Heh.]
It is undeniably cheap for RM 1, so good luck on trying to get your hands at the Samsung Chromebook from Yes 4G at that price this weekend.
