For those of you who are looking for an affordable Nokia Windows Phone device, Celcom is now offering the Lumia 520 from as low as RM188. Available with a Celcom First postpaid plan along with a Mobile Internet plan, Celcom is offering the device with a 12- or 18-months contract.
