Back at IFA 2013, Samsung not only announced the new Galaxy Note 3 phablet, the Galaxy Gear smartwatch, as well as the new Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition tablet. Granted, the first two products took much of the limelight, but Samsung’s latest tablet is no slouch either – and it’s coming to Malaysia next week.

Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 2.3GHz quad-core processor with 3GB of RAM, the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition also packs a super sharp 2560 x 1600 10.1-inch display and a generous 8220mAh battery. Storage wise, the variant coming to Malaysia has 32GB of onboard storage, and is expandable via microSD.  In addition, there is also S-Pen support with integrated slot on the tablet, which features a similar faux leather back cover as the new Galaxy Note 3.

Samsung Malaysia has confirmed that the company’s latest tablet will be available from November 7 at a retail price of RM2299. The variant coming to Malaysia also comes with WiFi and LTE connectivity via microSIM, and the Galaxy Lifestyle Rewards programme that was first announced at the Malaysian launch of the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear last month.

While the new Galaxy Note tablet will only hit stores next week, Storekini.com has already opened up pre-orders for the new Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition. To sweeten the deal, they are also offering the tablet at a special price of RM2199 – RM100 off the retail price. Storekini also states that the device will be available between November 4-10, so it may even arrive earlier than when it hits Samsung retail stores. To place your pre-order, head on to Storekini’s product page here.
