Outgoing Nokia CEO, Stephen Elop has confirmed at Nokia World 2013 that they have been working with Instagram to bring an official Windows Phone version to the market. It has also been confirmed that the app will be coming within the next few weeks.
We will see how it stacks up with the other OS’ when we get our hands on it.
